The reality of divorce. It's that time of year when people start to think about whether they can carry on going through the motions. Anna shares her personal journey as someone who is newly divorced. It does mean that she can go to Mexico for the holidays and make the most of tequila shots.

This week the question is "My boyfriend broke up with me, and a week later I find out I'm pregnant. Now I've told him, he's spiralling and hasn't spoken to me in weeks. What should I do?"
