Sara is determined to finish off her course, it is full steam ahead. It's that strange time between the summer ending and back to school. Sara's been out in the garden doing nature watch and being fascinated by the butterflies.

It's a rocky start and the mics are flying! The girls still claim professionalism. Sara extended her treadmill training to infant level from baby level! Her key to success has been consistency and finding the right time of day. The weather is still freaky and the London tube is flooding. Crazy climate times.
Switching to the love desk the science behind the dad and daughter relationship, there are some key benefits shared by the love desk this week.
Today the hot topic is ..... Types of boundaries - a great subject the girls are delighted to discuss and share with. Think about fences and defences. But why do we find boundaries so difficult to maintain? If you are ready to learn more about the different types of boundaries take a listen. Sara and Anna get hot and bothered about people not using coasters on their wooden tables, it hits a raw nerve as their boundaries are violated. This falls under the material boundary but there are a few other types of boundaries to understand more about it. Sara has a flashback to life with a young family and a total lack of boundaries, it brings her out in hives. There are bound to be a few that are difficult and challenging.
This week the question is "Is it really possible for my wife to fall out of love with me after 12 years and five kids" there is a gasp from the girls at 5 kids! The girls are screeching into the session with all kinds of distractions and noises, fans and seagulls maybe interrupting today. Anna is nearly on her way and making a big move to Toronto and she's no idea how it's going to go, she's in chaos and leaving life to the universe. It is a lesson in patience. She is digging deep with some self-coaching. Sara is recovering from her 2nd vaccine dose and had to take it easy until her new treadmill arrived. She went full pelt into athlete mode, which was a huge mistake, she's there with the latest Netflix offering and running a few times a week. Pace yourself!

Today the hot topic is ..... how to motivate yourself to have sex. It is an issue in most relationships at some point during your relationship. Your sex life will be affected by so many areas of life, tune in to hear what the girls have to say. To celebrate their first birthday, the girls have pulled together a selection of snippets to remind you of the year that's gone by. A tale of two seasons, Anna is in the amazon and sara is catapulted back to autumn. Anna has breaking news, she is moving back to Toronto, Canada and she's embracing the challenge of moving.
