35. Conflict styles in relationship: Do you know yours?

Sara is feeling frisky this week, Spring is her and she’s been out for afternoon tea! Bring on Summer…. Anna has been out paddle boarding and saw a beautiful sunset whilst battling the choppy water. She has topped up her soul.

34. Getting out of a date you don't like

Anna has an expectation face as the podcast starts, she is going a little crazy whilst in Toronto away from her dude. Sara loves her start to the week with the podcast recording and she is full of love and gratitude for the listeners and Anna her co-host. They both know how challenging life can be and they can help lift things a little and share some tools that may be of use. Anna is grateful too.
 
Jersey is going well, they've not f'd it up yet and people are now allowed in homes, small gatherings are now allowed, hurray! Gyms are open, time to work off the COVID bulge. 
 
Anna has been hiking out to Lake Ontario and enjoyed a coffee in an actual coffee shop. This is a major highlight.

33. Independence versus co-dependence and what lies between

Spring fever is upon the girls and Anna is missing her man whilst she's is in Canada. There's talk of a summer wardrobe but ..... is it too soon?

32. How divorce affects the children

Spring is springing! The weather is getting milder and Sara was released into the wild in heels for the first time in a very long time. She was on her best behaviours thought and hopes everyone else is. Anna said - no one piss in the pool on this one! Here's hoping date nights continue to be allowed in Jersey and things slowly open up around the globe.

There ability to look into the future is disappearing as the weeks go on and the fear lens is in full flow. Don’t give up on your dreams just yet! It’s just the COVID fog trying to over and keep you small. Take a shake and keep going.

27. Co-parenting - how do we get this right?

The girls are dreaming of space travel to the summer hemisphere and in fact any travel. Speaking of travel Anna is off to Canada to do some clinical work, braving the snowstorm. Sara is still on top of yoga, the sun is shining and things are as good as they can be in the midst of COVID. People are starting to re-think their lives as boredom is now settling in.  Anna needs to issue a retraction as she got a story wrong last time. Home Depot and Lowe's story is so not true, gutted, it sounded so good too .......

26. Dating after a break up or divorce

The girls are still full of energy and overjoyed at making through Jan and the days are getting lighter by the day. Sara has gone back to yoga to combat her old ladies hips. She is feeling great! There's a spiritual vibe and she is ready for the podcast. Anna is contemplating her wardrobe where some of her clothes may have drunk, she's considered 15-minute running spurts to combat the issue. No Forest Gump runs needed here ..... dig out the shoes and get Spotify playing .... everything you need is right there. 
 
Sara is polishing her Dry Jan halo .... she's still with it ... the girls are fuelled purely by tea .... they promise!
